Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, deliveries using this service are subject to an additional delay, due to the barrier measures put in place in our warehouses.

We need 2-7 (maximum) working days to prepare your order based on our numerous orders every day.

CAN I BE DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes, you can have your package delivered to another address, which you must specify at the time of purchase. When filling in your billing address, simply uncheck the “Ship to same address” box. You will then have the option of entering a different delivery address. If this is a business address, be sure to include the name of the business or organization in the address field along with the contact name to ensure your package arrives at its destination.

AT WHAT TIME WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?

Deliveries are made between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.

WHERE IS MY ORDER ?

Your order may be in more than one place ... In our warehouse, waiting for shipment, en route with the shipper, or already delivered. The first thing to do is to verify if you have received a shipping confirmation email. If so, then she's on her way. You can track your order at the top of this page using the order number provided in that email. If you haven't received your shipment confirmation email (remember to check your spam or junk folders), then your order is pending shipment. Once the shipment confirmation email has been received, you can track the package yourself using the link provided in the email.

If you do not have your order number ready, you can get it by logging into your account and viewing your "Order History".
