To place an order on the InesElah.com site, nothing could be simpler: browse our catalog according to your desires, in the different categories Ready to wear, Accessories, Jewelry or by using the search engine or by intermediary of the "Themes" that we propose to you.


Choose the items you wish to purchase by clicking "Add to Cart". Once your products are in the basket, let yourself be guided by clicking on the “Order” button.

How to use a promotional code?

If you have an InesElah promotional code, you can indicate it to us below the basket, before validating your order, in the input area "I have a promotional code". Once the code has been entered, click on the "OK" button and the promotion will be directly applied to the amount of your basket.

The promotional code NEW10 of 10% on your first order is valid for 150€ (excluding delivery costs).

How to pay ?

Ines Elah offers you a method of payment:

Is payment by card secure?

Payment is completely secure thanks to the online payment system of our banking partner.

Your bank details only circulate on the Internet in encrypted form, that is to say they are coded in such a way as to make them completely unreadable.

In addition, they are only processed by the bank and are never in the possession of Ines Elah. Indeed, when you type your card number to make your purchases on InesElah it is, in reality, to the bank that you transmit them and not to Ines Elah.

What are the delivery methods?

Shipping options may vary depending on delivery address, time of purchase and item availability.

When you place an order, we'll let you know the available shipping methods, cost, and estimated delivery date.

Delivery options:

Home delivery :

Standard delivery - 8.90 EUR / FREE FOR ORDERS FROM 150 EUR (only applicable on items without promotion). Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days, depending on delivery address

Delivery point :

Pickup point delivery - EUR / FREE FOR ORDERS FROM 150 EUR (applicable only on items without promotion). On the delivery point of your choice in 2-3 working days. We will inform you of the available delivery points at the time of purchase. Remember that to collect your order it is necessary that you present an identity document. If the person making the withdrawal from the order is different from the person who made the purchase, written authorization and a copy of the identity card of the buyer must be presented.

What are the delivery rates?

Delivery is PAYING for France except for orders over 150€

International delivery (OUTSIDE FRANCE) is free for orders over 100€

How do I know where my package is?

We send you an e-mail as soon as your package is dispatched. It contains a link allowing you to track the delivery of your package on the Post Office website (for standard home delivery).

You can also access the delivery tracking of your current order at any time in your "My account" space, via the "My last order" section. Simply click on this section to access the details of your last order. A final click on the "Track my package" button will allow you to follow the status of your delivery on the website of the carrier concerned. You will know in real time where your delivery is.

What happens if I am not at home during the delivery?

Your parcel will be deposited in your mailbox if its dimensions allow it. The postman can also give it to a caretaker or concierge, you will then be informed by a delivery notice inviting you to pick it up from the latter. Failing this, the postman must ring your doorbell to try to deliver to you. In your absence, a neighbor may agree to take your package to give it to you later, which will save you from picking it up at a post office. In this case, a transit advice note with the number of your package and the name and address of the neighbor to whom it was delivered is left with you. Ines Elah takes the greatest care in the selection of the products offered to you.

All items sent to you are subject to very careful quality control.
However, if a product does not meet your expectations, for any reason whatsoever, do not hesitate to return it to us using the return procedure available on the site. All returns are free from 150€ of purchases.

How to make a return?

You have 14 days from the date of shipment of your order to return your purchase made on InesElah.com.
Items must retain all tags and be in perfect condition.

For hygiene reasons, all bodysuits, swimsuits and lingerie cannot be returned.

No refund is possible on our items on sale or discounted at more than 10%, only an exchange or credit will be possible.

If the item is not discounted, a refund will be set up 😊

What are the refund conditions?

Once we have processed the return of your items, we will process the refund within 14 days.

REFUND OF AN ONLINE PURCHASE

When you return an online purchase, you will receive a refund for your order using the same payment method used for your purchase.

Once the return has been made, we will send you an e-mail confirming it.

If more than 14 days have passed and you do not have a refund in your account, please use this confirmation to present to your bank so they can help expedite the process.

Please note: if you have sent the items to us for return through our point of delivery service, the cost of the return will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
